Polaris Community in Andover is looking for an advocate to support the wellbeing and development of students aged 5 to 16 with complex needs. You will work closely with the Education Team to enhance learning experiences through direct support and enrichment activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background including GCSEs in key subjects and experience working with students in special educational needs settings. This role is an opportunity to create positive changes in vulnerable children's lives.
