The Role

  • Teach a small, bespoke class of up to 6 pupils, supported by a Teaching Assistant.
  • Plan, prepare, and present lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of your students.
  • Motivate pupils through enthusiastic and imaginative presentations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and professionals to maintain high educational standards.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to students and their families.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance engagement and learning.
  • Create and maintain a safe, stimulating learning environment.
  • Adhere to all school policies and procedures in line with our core values.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in SEN teaching.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every pupil's success.

All successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, with costs covered by Polaris Community.
