We are on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team, where you'll support a variety of exciting campaigns and projects across social media, digital, and PR.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple areas of marketing. You will play a vital role in driving awareness, engagement, and inquiries across our brands while supporting the wider marketing team with essential projects and daily activities.
This position is hybrid, with occasional travel to our Bromsgrove office required.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of marketing activities across various channels, focusing on social media, digital marketing, and PR.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Assist in community growth across platforms.
- Help with short-form video and graphic creation.
- Coordinate marketing administration and support wider marketing campaigns.
- Manage virtual event communications and internal requests through the shared marketing inbox.
- Coordinate print requests and assist with refer-a-friend payment processing.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams, marketing managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Experience creating content for social media.
- Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
