Salary: £18,614.99 approx. pro rata salary (£24,819.99 FTE)

Location: Head Office- Pontefract

Contract Type: Full-time, 9-month FTC (Mat Cover)

Specific Hours: Monday- Thursday 9am-5pm, Fridays- 9am-4pm

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator who is able to provide a professional, pro-active and efficient recruitment service to Dove Adolescent Services. You will work closely with Hiring Managers and the Central HR team to place adverts, support shortlisting of applications, and build a relationship with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Role Details:

  • To take ownership for the administration of respective vacancies ensuring that all recruitment activities, from advertising through to appointment are completed in a timely manner and ensure inclusion of the quality of service.
  • Manage the generic recruitment email inbox, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner, forwarding on requests as necessary.
  • Place adverts internally and externally using Company website, and other external sites as well as any social media sites.
  • Carry out research when requested from time to time on salary benchmarking to ensure our rates remain competitive.
  • Undertake any pre‑selection screening on candidates as required.
  • Invite candidates to interview, creating a positive candidate experience ensuring that they have all the required information in preparation for their interview.
  • Arrange for interview packs to be sent ensuring the hiring manager has all relevant application forms, interview notes, job descriptions.
  • Collate all the paperwork for the successful candidate, chase up any outstanding information and pass to the HR Admin team for checks and references.
  • Ensure the Recruitment database is kept up to date at all times and that vacancies are tracked using this system.
  • Keep central HR team updated with applications for central recruitment reporting records.
  • Undertake additional specific tasks as required.
