Polaris Community is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our Camden-area team in Greater London.
You will support young people aged 11–18, build positive relationships and help them stay safe and develop emotionally, socially and academically.
Shifts are 12 hours (08:00–20:00) with a guaranteed minimum monthly hours.
Salaries start unqualified £30,277.23–£31,208.49 (probation) and £31,867.18 (qualified); fully funded qualifications, induction, and pension are provided.
