Salary: Up to £24,000 Per Annum Dependent Upon Experience

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Applications Support Analyst to join our established Systems team. As a Business Applications Analyst you will play an essential role in supporting our community wide operational teams in fully utilising our key systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configuration of our key business applications, including fostering and adoption case management, residential home rostering and residential case management.
  • Manage system permissions and audit user access.
  • Support Super Users in the resolution of end user queries.
  • Review how the applications are used identify best practice and opportunities for improvements.
  • Review new functionality as it is released, and implement when adopted.

Requirements for the role:

  • The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, in both business terms and technical terms.
  • Experience of documenting processes, developing user guides and systems training.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
