You'll create high-quality, original and SEO-optimised content that supports our brands, strengthens our online presence and helps us connect with the audiences we serve.This is a varied, hands-on role covering website content, blogs, PR copy, case studies and campaigns. You'll work closely with colleagues across our marketing team and the wider organisation, combining SEO insight, audience understanding and strong storytelling to create content that makes an impact.The RoleAs our Content Writer, you'll produce engaging content across a wide range of formats and channels.Working closely with our SEO colleagues, marketing managers, designers and subject matter experts, you'll research and develop content that meets audience needs while supporting our organic search 'll also help bring the stories behind our organisation to life, turning interviews, case studies and complex subject matter into accessible and compelling content for marketing, PR and wider campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality, original content for websites, blogs, landing pages, campaigns, social media and other marketing channelsProduce SEO-optimised content informed by keyword research, search intent and SEO good practiceReview and improve existing website content to maintain accuracy, relevance and search performanceResearch industry topics and audience trends to develop authoritative and engaging contentWrite case studies, articles, press releases and other PR and media-facing contentWork with colleagues and subject matter experts to develop stories and content ideasAdapt your writing style for different audiences, brands and tones of voiceUpload, edit and maintain content within Content Management System (CMS) platformsCollaborate with the wider marketing team to support integrated campaigns and identify new content opportunitiesMonitor content performance and developments in SEO and the wider industry to continually improve our approachAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines strong writing skills with curiosity, creativity and a clear understanding of how content supports wider marketing objectives.Proven experience in content writing, copywriting or an SEO-focused content roleStrong written English, editing and proofreading skillsA strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research and content optimisationExperience creating engaging content across different platforms and formatsThe ability to research unfamiliar or complex topics and turn them into clear, compelling contentConfidence adapting content for different audiences, industries and brand requirementsExcellent attention to detailStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider teamA proactive, resourceful and positive approach to your workStrong communication and collaboration skillsYou should also be comfortable using generative AI tools responsibly as part of the content creation process.
