The Role

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment with high responsibility from an early stage.

You will be involved in core accounting work and expected to take ownership as you develop.

You will gain experience across

  • Statutory accounts preparation
  • Corporation tax
  • VAT returns, including cross‑border VAT
  • Bookkeeping using Xero and VT
  • Management accounts
  • Payroll using Payroll Manager
  • Client‑facing work and communication

You will also gain exposure to international clients and cross‑border VAT advisory.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
  • AAT Level 3 or higher, or studying ACCA or ACA
  • Able to commute daily to Loudwater (HP10)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation
  • Clear communication skills
