The company specialises in active temperature-controlled deliveries to hospitals, pharmacies, wholesalers and medical care surgeries as well as to end patients which it serves through its homecare business. Responsibilities
- Receive inbound stock ensuring the temperature is compliant at all times
- Unloading of client product from collection vehicles
- Ensure all consignments are received in and placed into required temperatures
- Manage goods in, picking, labelling, packing and despatch paperwork
- Assemble clinical packaging and labelling activities to include controlling, verifying, printing, issuing and recording labels for production
- Maintain appropriate quantities of stock levels within the packaging area, undertake stock counts and process returns
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; flexibility with regard to hours as shift times may alter dependent on volume
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment is essential
- Fork Lift experience is desirable but not essential as full in house training is provided with certificates on completion
- Good reading skills and numeracy
- Computer literacy
- Good team player with good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload, using own initiative while displaying team player mentality
- Excellent attention to detail
