Responsibilities:
- Provide basic support on VOC Ticket system addressing customer requests regarding the ERP system.
- Use strong consulting capabilities to manage customer requests and develop To-Be solutions.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements.
- Drive improvements in ERP applications to align with dynamic business needs.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to deliver substantial project outcomes.
- Focus on quality management and risk assessment while providing strategic insights to improve business practices.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Proven expertise in EDI, IDOC, and ALE technologies.
- Demonstrable skills in ERP systems, particularly SAP SD/LE/MM.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage projects within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
- Strong presentation skills and capable of leading discussions in the ERP consulting area.
