You’ll work across the full transaction lifecycle supporting on valuations, financial modelling, client pitches, commercial due diligence, and execution. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, M&A, or Audit looking to step into an advisory role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting valuations, DCF and comparable modelling
- Preparing pitchbooks, investment memorandums and marketing materials
- Supporting live deals (buy- and sell-side)
- Industry and target research, commercial due diligence input
- Direct exposure to clients and senior stakeholders
We’re looking for:
- Demonstrable experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, or Big 4 Audit
- Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
- Confident communicator with presentation and client exposure
- Ideally part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in M&A and advisory work
