The Role
As a Senior Producer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of our projects, taking responsibility for the management of creative development, production management, technical execution, budget management, and on-site delivery. Reporting into the Director of Events, you will act as the primary operational lead on projects, translating creative ambition and client briefs into robust, executable production. The role requires strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge and confident stakeholder management across all stages of delivery. This role will also support the junior members of the team, assisting with their development and providing guidance that ensures client project success and achieves overall business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle delivery from initial brief through post-event reconciliation
- Translate client briefs into clear, feasible creative briefs and production plans
- Own project schedules and critical paths, and build, manage and reconcile project budgets
- Oversee technical production, including AV, lighting, scenic, staging, logistics
- Conduct site visits, technical reviews and rehearsals and lead on on-site installs, delivery and de-rigs
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Manage internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, effective and on-budget project delivery
- Ensure all H&S, RAMS and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain clear communication, documentation and reporting across delivery
Experience Required
- 6–8+ years’ experience in luxury event/experiential production, ideally agency-side
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness
- Confident managing suppliers, technical partners, and production teams
- Solid understanding of AV, scenic, staging, and live event production
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
- Comfortable working autonomously and making delivery-critical decisions
- Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
- Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline
- Willingness to travel and work onsite as required
