Working with some of the world’s most distinguished luxury, lifestyle and fashion brands, we operate globally to curate and produce incredible events and activations. Set up in London in 2011, our Head Office is in London, with offices in Paris, New York and LA. We have a team of 40 across creative, design and production. Our client base includes but is not limited to: Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dom Pérignon, Snap Inc and Apple Inc.

The Role

Reporting into the Director of Events, you will act as the primary operational lead on projects, translating creative ambition and client briefs into robust, executable production. The role requires strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge and confident stakeholder management across all stages of delivery. This role will also support the junior members of the team, assisting with their development and providing guidance that ensures client project success and achieves overall business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle delivery from initial brief through post-event reconciliation
  • Translate client briefs into clear, feasible creative briefs and production plans
  • Own project schedules and critical paths, and build, manage and reconcile project budgets
  • Oversee technical production, including AV, lighting, scenic, staging, logistics
  • Conduct site visits, technical reviews and rehearsals and lead on on-site installs, delivery and de-rigs
  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients and project stakeholders
  • Manage internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, effective and on-budget project delivery
  • Ensure all H&S, RAMS and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain clear communication, documentation and reporting across delivery

Experience Required

  • 6–8+ years’ experience in luxury event/experiential production, ideally agency-side
  • Strong budget management and commercial awareness
  • Confident managing suppliers, technical partners, and production teams
  • Solid understanding of AV, scenic, staging, and live event production
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making delivery-critical decisions
  • Strong communication skills and client-facing confidence
  • Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite as required

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: To be discussed, depending on experience
  • Bonus: Discretionary bonuses based on specific performance targets and company performance
  • Flexible Working Hours: Structure your 8-hour day between 8am - 8pm. Core hours are 10am - 4pm for collaboration. Choose what works for you, as long as client and team needs are supported.
  • Annual Leave Carryover: May carry up to 3 unused days into the following year with advance approval
  • Duvet Days: Two duvet days per year, to be taken whenever you may need a day off
  • Remote Working Abroad: Work remotely from abroad for one week per year, within a 2-hour time difference from the UK (with prior approval)
  • Quarterly celebrations: Team events to celebrate successes
  • Meeting-Free Fridays: Friday afternoons from 12pm are meeting-free
