We’re looking for a Shooting Producer/Editor who’s as comfortable behind the camera as they are editing. This role is all about capturing the buzz of live events and turning it into sharp, scroll-stopping content for our social channels and YouTube. You’ll be hands-on from start to finish - shooting, editing, and bringing fresh creative ideas to the table. Social never stops, and we need someone who not only knows how to craft thumb-stopping posts but also thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal handholding. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. Our Leeds office is at the heart of our business. The 8-storey building has an onsite staff gym and cafeteria, two heated rooftop terraces, a dedicated gaming room and a staircase amphitheatre. The space brings all our teams under one roof in the biggest private letting office in Yorkshire.
What you’ll do:
- Travel to live events to capture dynamic, engaging footage for social and YouTube
- Shoot high-quality video content and stills with a creative eye and strong sense of storytelling
- Edit quickly and effectively, turning raw footage into polished, platform-ready content
- Work with the extensive archive to provide regular poker output for YouTube
- Collaborate with the wider Content and Creative team to brainstorm and deliver new social formats to engage and grow our audiences
- Stay on top of trends to make sure our output is fresh and relevant
- Localise content for key markets
- Work to brand guidelines and with agreed toolkits to ensure all output is on brand and compliant
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working independently when needed
- Writing scripts, creating features and producing promotional videos
What you’ll bring:
- Experienced shooting and editing across live events and fast-paced environments, with an eye for social-first storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite: Premiere Pro (video editing), After Effects (motion graphics), Photoshop (image manipulation), Audition (audio), and Media Encoder (exporting/transcoding)
- Skilled in colour correction, audio balancing, and creating well-paced content for YouTube and social media
- Comfortable working with camera, lighting, and audio gear for shoots at home and abroad
- Ability to manage and organize assets, work independently, and juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines
- Strong creative skills-visual storytelling, trend-spotting, and post-production problem solving
- Understanding of poker: the game and current popular players
- Familiarity with performance-led creative
