Overview Of The Role
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Live Events Designer to execute development, design and delivery of world class live event experiences. The role sits within a team of designers responsible for shaping immersive environments and ensuring flawless execution of high‑profile events that inspire, engage and connect audiences. What You’ll Do
- Liaising with all teams across the live events space and beyond to create impactful and compelling brand experiences with a specific focus on our top tier live poker events i.e. EPT.
- Executing venue recces prior to live events where necessary, enabling the department to plan effectively while progressing creativity and innovation.
- Generating impactful artwork for Live Events from the provided toolkits and VI’s.
- Creating concise branding plans and rollout of collateral for all live events, ensuring quality and delivery on time.
- Supporting the Senior Manager Live Events by working with motion and 3D to bring event design to life.
- Pushing new ideas and modern design practice as much as possible, innovating new ways of player engagement.
- Building a reputation across teams as a facilitator and brand guardian of Live Events design.
- Building relationships with suppliers and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in live event design and production including beMatrix framing systems, LED integrations and artwork, pre-press, print production and repro procedures.
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale event design and immersive brand activations.
- Expertise in design software (SketchUp, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Deep understanding of event production processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent organisation skills.
- Committed team player but self‑starter who manages their own time.
- Adept at managing supplier relationships and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while balancing creativity with operational and budgetary discipline.
