As we continue strengthening our UK operations, we are looking for an Operations Manager UK to support performance and ensure consistent execution across our restaurants. The Operations Manager UK plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day performance of company-owned stores across the UK. This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on execution, operational consistency and KPI follow-up.

  • Work closely with Store Managers to ensure brand standards, operational processes and performance targets are met.
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational consistency and compliance with brand standards.
  • Support workforce planning and labour optimisation in collaboration with Store Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with UK food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock management practices, waste levels and inventory accuracy.
  • Support the implementation of HQ initiatives (menu updates, digital tools, operational guidelines).
  • Assist with performance reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Contribute to training and onboarding initiatives for store teams.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in operations within food retail, QSR or hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of UK food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Good understanding of labour planning and cost control fundamentals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and operational data.
  • Fluent English; other European languages are considered a plus.
