At Poka, we’re transforming how frontline teams operate, learn, and solve problems. Our connected worker platform is purpose-built for manufacturing, empowering frontline workers to share knowledge, collaborate in real-time, and drive continuous improvement.
Own and deliver a flagship transformation in Oil & Gas. This isn’t a typical project management role. You’ll take ownership of a strategic “lighthouse” engagement with a global player in the Oil & Gas sector, one of the most important deployments in our portfolio, and a key stepping stone for expansion across the energy industry.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of Poka’s deployment within a single, highly strategic enterprise engagement. This program includes multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies, requiring strong coordination, structure, and leadership.
The flagship deployment focuses on four high-impact production use cases:
- Operator rounds: digitizing daily field inspections and readings
- Digital work procedures: enabling structured, guided execution of operational tasks
- Work order requests: frontline-initiated maintenance flows integrated with IFS Cloud
- Electronic work permits: integrations with permit-to-work systems supporting safe execution of high-risk activities
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of this strategic enterprise engagement, ensuring successful implementation and long-term value realization
- Serve as the single point of accountability across Poka, IFS, the client, and their implementation partner
- Orchestrate delivery across a complex partner ecosystem, aligning multiple stakeholders with different priorities and ways of working
- Translate between operational realities at refinery/site level and executive-level program governance
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building trust and driving alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Professional Services, Content, Analytics, Integrations) to deliver against scope, timelines, and quality expectations
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and drive resolution across organizations
- Ensure clear communication, reporting, and governance structures are in place across all parties
- Travel to Paris, typically once per month, for on-site collaboration
What you bring:
- Proven experience managing complex, enterprise-level SaaS or software implementation programs
- Experience working with ERP, EAM/CMMS, or similarly integrated enterprise systems
- Strong track record of delivering in multi-party environments (client, partners, SIs, internal teams)
- Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, including client VPs and consulting partners
- Ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels - comfortable in the field and in the boardroom
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills, with a knack for bringing clarity to complex environments
- Experience in Oil & Gas or heavy industry is a strong advantage
- Fluency in French is a significant plus
- Willingness to travel regularly to Paris
Why Poka:
- Work on a strategic, high-impact global account with real visibility, defining how Poka delivers in the energy sector
- Be part of a fast-growing, innovation-driven company within the IFS ecosystem
- Collaborate with international teams across North America and Europe
- Help shape how some of the world’s largest industrial organizations operate and improve

- MacBook Pro and €500 allowance for your home office
