We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to drive expansion and deepen relationships with our enterprise clients. You’ll be part of a collaborative POD model, working alongside Customer Success to deliver real value and long-term success for our clients throughout Europe.

What You\\\’ll Do

  • Own and grow sales relationships with assigned accounts
  • Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
  • Build compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities at the corporate level
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Services teams
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations and respond to client needs

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in account management, customer success, or new business
  • SaaS experience is essential (B2B, Enterprise preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector is a major plus
  • Excellent English; additional European language skills such as German, French, Spanish, or Dutch are highly valued
  • Good change management skills, navigating stakeholders, and building long-term value
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Willingness to travel (typically 1 – 2 client visits per month)
