What we’re looking for:
We’re have various roles to fill and we’re looking to talk to experienced client services people. If you’re an existing Senior Client Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Account Director working in the employer comms and culture space, we’d love to hear from you.

For these roles we’re looking for minimum of 4/5 years agency experience, with a proven track record of delivering employee and culture communications.


The roles include:

  • Senior client-facing roles with responsibility for owning large client relationships, growing accounts (revenue and breadth of services) and maximising profitability.
  • Building positive and enduring senior level relationships, ensuring we are a trusted partner with key decision makers
  • Understanding a client’s organisational goals and challenges, leading the client strategy to achieve objectives and ROI.
  • Creating client development plans to identify and convert opportunities for upselling our services to maximise income and profit
  • Being lead consultant on specified clients, interpreting briefs, identifying requirements and providing strategic direction
  • Working with project leads to to manage work against client delivery requirements
  • Retaining clients through seeking feedback, informally and formally, taking steps to ensure service improvement where necessary
  • Maintaining up-to-date expert knowledge of our services
  • Keeping up-to-date expert knowledge of wider industry trends affecting clients, and competitor information to improve our service offering
  • Proactively generating new relationships within the client organisation, broadening our network and ability to offer different services.
  • Maximising our income through: Pricing our services appropriately, minimising third party costs, accurately forecasting client spend, oversight/management of all invoicing

Required skills

  • Demonstrableemployer marketing/brand/comms/culture experience in a senior client services role

  • Credibility with senior stakeholders and internal agency team
  • Understanding of the commercial impact of running clients and projects
  • Excellent knowledge of our service offering, key competitors, and wider industry trends affecting Brand, Comms and HR professionals
