This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys building executive relationships, opening new markets, and turning customer challenges into long-term commercial partnerships.

Working closely with internal teams, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and help shape Pointr’s presence across the region.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Execute the commercial strategy for the UK and EMEA, driving new business and account growth across the region.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, owning the full sales cycle from first contact through signature.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive joint opportunities.
  • Develop account and territory plans that align customer goals with Pointr’s solutions and capabilities.
  • Build compelling value narratives by connecting Pointr’s solutions to measurable business impact.
  • Build a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Pre-Sales, Project Management, Product, Analytics, and Finance to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Share customer and market insights with internal teams to shape our offering and go-to-market approach.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • First 90 days: build genuine rapport with key partners, understand the regional landscape, and establish a clear pipeline and territory plan.
  • 6 months: secure key renewals, open expansion conversations across existing accounts, and close the first new business opportunities.
  • 12 months: a growing and predictable pipeline across the UK and EMEA, with strong customer and partner relationships that support long-term growth.
  • What We Seek
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or commercial leadership within complex B2B environments.
  • A proven track record of closing new business with enterprise customers, alongside growing existing accounts through renewals and expansion.
  • Experience selling technology, Saa S, or platform-based solutions to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience working with partners to drive joint sales opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience in account planning, forecasting, and structured sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
  • Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Right to work in the UK, or eligibility to obtain it, without company sponsorship (see Right to Work section below).
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 20% of the time for customer meetings and events across the EMEA region.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in enterprise Saa S, location technology, retail, aviation, or venue technology.
  • Experience managing complex customer implementations or multi-team delivery environments.
  • Experience building or mentoring sales or account management teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

What We Offer

  • A supportive, kind (no-ego), and smart team
  • International environment and inclusive culture
  • Competitive base salary, EMI stock options, and uncapped commission
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • Workplace pension with an employer contribution above the statutory minimum
  • 20 days’ annual leave plus UK bank holidays (28 days total), and company sick pay
