Overview of the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Location) to join our Location Experience squad as the Product Lead. The squad consists of a Product Lead, Tech Lead, Designers, Developers, and Testers. The team meets daily for stand-ups and weekly for alignment meetings, follows Agile principles, and is responsible for delivering its roadmap.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end user and developer experience, partnering closely with the Tech Lead to coordinate the roadmap, and consulting with our Product Expert (CPO) as needed.
The role includes the following:
- Align with the CPO and the CTO on the high-level roadmap and own the end-to-end planning and prioritization of the squad roadmap focused on Location Experience
- Translate client and internal feedback into actionable requirements by creating user stories and mockups
- Work closely with the designers for UX iterations, ensuring the design matches the requirements for complex, map-centric user journeys
- Support product marketing collateral (including guides, FAQs, and videos) to promote new/upcoming features
- Be the “go-to” person for all Location Experience–related inquiries internally and externally
- Run monthly product demos in collaboration with our Product Marketing Manager, showcasing map and spatial functionality
- Run product feedback sessions with customers
The ideal candidate should have:
- 6+ years of experience with product design from start to finish, ideally in a b2b SaaS setting
- Proven experience leading Location Experience, geospatial, or location-based products (e.g. maps, wayfinding, navigation, spatial data visualization)
- 4+ years of experience working with b2b clients
- Passion to run and lead, in a startup environment (Startup experience is a plus)
- Technical acumen and curiosity to clearly articulate the technical details of our product
- Good eye for UX design
- Great presentation and product marketing skills
- Strategic marketing view to understanding what clients need/want
- Work flexibly across time zones as needed, supporting a global team and stakeholders
- Be UK-based and able to travel to our Fulham office 2 days per week
