Talent Partner
— and it\’s your chance to make a lasting impact. This is more than recruitment. You\’ll be the driving force behind our talent strategy: embedding our values, building strong pipelines, and ensuring we always have the right people in the right roles.

What you\’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Partner with managers to shape future talent needs.
• Build pipelines through apprenticeships, early careers & events.
• Champion compliance (right-to-work, vetting, BS7858).
• Deliver training, guidance & best practice to hiring managers.

What we\’re looking for:

• Recruitment/talent acquisition experience (security, fire, or engineering a bonus).
• Strong knowledge of compliance & UK employment law.
• Proactive, resilient, and highly organised.
• Excellent communicator with a people-first mindset.
• UK driving licence + eligible to work in the UK.
