Talent Partner
β and it\βs your chance to make a lasting impact. This is more than recruitment. You\βll be the driving force behind our talent strategy: embedding our values, building strong pipelines, and ensuring we always have the right people in the right roles.
What you\βll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
- Partner with managers to shape future talent needs.
- Build pipelines through apprenticeships, early careers & events.
- Champion compliance (right-to-work, vetting, BS7858).
- Deliver training, guidance & best practice to hiring managers.
What we\βre looking for:
- Recruitment/talent acquisition experience (security, fire, or engineering a bonus).
- Strong knowledge of compliance & UK employment law.
- Proactive, resilient, and highly organised.
- Excellent communicator with a people-first mindset.
- UK driving licence + eligible to work in the UK.
