Corporate Access AnalystA Career with Point72's Corporate Access TeamPoint72's Corporate Access team is responsible for ensuring investment teams have the highest quality corporate access offering and services in support of their efforts to generate superior, risk-adjusted returns.

We collaborate closely with the firm's investment and Compliance professionals, leverage innovative data and technology, and collaborate and foster effective partnerships with external providers. WHAT YOU'LL DOSupport the London-based Corporate Access team in responding to requests from investment teams for meetings, events, and company accessOwn the organization of all investment team quarterly calls, including requesting, scheduling, and tracking calls across sectors and reporting seasonsManage the calendar of meetings, roadshows, conferences, and company events, keeping invitations, confirmations, and diaries up to dateCoordinate logistics, such as scheduling, dial-ins, room bookings, and joining details, between investment professionals, corporate access providers, and company representativesBuild working relationships with brokers and provider access teams as a day-to-day point of contactFlag gaps or opportunities in access coverage to the team, and help follow up on new ideasLiaise with Compliance on routine access questionsPrepare regular reports and track provider service levels and engagement activity, using spreadsheets and internal systemsWork with global Corporate Access and Broker Relations colleagues on shared processes and day-to-day queriesKeep accurate, timely records of all corporate access activity to support provider evaluation and payment processingWHAT'S REQUIRED2+ years of experience in corporate access, business development, sales, research, or another relevant financial services roleDemonstrated experience working with investment professionals, external providers, company representatives, and other senior stakeholdersStrong understanding of corporate access processes, including meeting coordination, event planning, provider engagement, and service-level trackingAbility to manage multiple priorities under time pressure while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgmentStrong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and reporting to identify trends and improve service deliveryProficiency with office productivity tools, including spreadsheets, presentations, and document preparationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the team professionally with internal and external stakeholdersOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a global teamCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
