What you’ll do:
- Partner with the firm’s investment professionals as they build and refine their team infrastructure and processes using firm tools.
- Collaborate with senior management, investment professionals, and technical product managers to establish a product roadmap.
- Educate investment professionals on firm platform capabilities through training sessions, documentation, and one‑on‑one support, ensuring seamless integration into their research processes.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users to identify pain points, measure satisfaction, and inform the platform roadmap.
- Develop metrics to track adoption, usage, and impact, leveraging data‑driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a champion for firm platforms, fostering a culture of creativity and process innovation across the firm’s investment teams.
