We'relooking for a senior technology leader to help scale our platform, technicalorganisationand delivery capability as we move from founder-led execution to enterprise scale.
The Role
As Head of Platform Architecture, you will own the evolution of our platform architecture whilst also driving delivery across engineering, data, reporting and AI teams.
You will work directly with our founders, clients and technical teams to shape the future of a category-defining investment data platform.
What You'll Do
- Own platform architecture and technical delivery
- Lead sprint planning,executionand cross-team coordination
- Define and evolve the target architecture and roadmap
- Solve complex data,integrationand reconciliation challenges
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO on product and technology strategy
- Build structure,governanceand technical leadership capability across the organisation
What We're Looking For
- Significant experiencein wealth management or asset management technology
- Deep understanding of investment data, positions, transactions,valuationsand IBOR models
- Experience building scalable enterprise-grade platforms
- Strong architecture,deliveryand leadership capability
- Expertiseacross data platforms, databases, APIs, cloudarchitectureand integration patterns
- Comfortable operating hands‑on while also leading teams and setting direction
