Point Six One Eight is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and respected creative agency in Edinburgh, in their search for a Senior Account Manager to join their Client Services team. This is a pivotal role, owning key client relationships, leading complex integrated campaigns, and driving commercial growth across a portfolio of high-value accounts. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, whilst working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver work that makes an impact.
The Role:
- You’ll take full ownership of client relationships, building trust, understanding their business inside-out, and guiding them on how to get the most from their marketing investment.
- Alongside this, you’ll lead the delivery of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time and on budget, while maintaining a high standard for creative quality.
- There’s also a strong commercial edge to this role. You’ll have the ability to spot opportunities to grow accounts, contribute to new business activity, and play a key role in driving revenue across the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop senior client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Lead the strategic direction of accounts, advising on branding, campaigns and marketing approach.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery across internal teams.
- Oversee timelines, budgets and resourcing, keeping everything on track.
- Drive account growth through upselling and identifying new opportunities.
- Support new business pitches and proposals.
- Manage financials including forecasting, invoicing and profitability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team culture.

- Proven experience in an agency-side Account Manager / Senior Account Manager role.
