Point Six One Eight is delighted to be partnering with one of key financial services clients in Glasgow, as they look to hire a Graphic/Brand Designer to join their growing design team. This role will work across a portfolio of brands spanning financial services, SaaS products, and hospitality. One day you could be creating a high-performing paid social campaign for a financial services brand. The next, designing launch assets for a SaaS platform or creating eye-catching collateral for a hospitality venue.

The Opportunity: Reporting to the UX Lead and working alongside designers, copywriters and digital marketing specialists, you'll play an important role in bringing multiple brands to life across digital, print and social channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1–3 years' experience who wants to accelerate their development, gain exposure to multiple industries and build a portfolio of work that goes far beyond a single brand.
What You'll Be Doing: You'll create engaging and effective creative across a wide range of channels, including:
- Digital Marketing: Paid and organic social media creative, digital advertising assets, email campaigns and templates, website and landing page graphics, campaign creative and promotional assets.
- Brand & Design: Maintaining and evolving brand consistency, designing presentations, internal communications and marketing collateral, producing print materials including menus, posters and point-of-sale assets.
Working closely with Copywriters, Digital Ad Strategists and Designers, turning briefs into high-quality creative solutions, applying feedback and refining concepts, supporting campaigns that drive real business results.
What We're Looking For (Essential):
- 1–3 years' experience in a graphic design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography and visual design skills.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.
- Ability to work across different brands and adapt your style accordingly.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience creating social media or paid advertising creative.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Experience working with regulated industries or hospitality brands.
- Understanding of accessibility and user experience principles.
