This is a broad and varied role with real influence — from engaging directly with customers and internal stakeholders to translating product concepts into clear requirements and driving them through the full development cycle to delivery. You will take ownership of your products end to end, becoming a genuine expert in your users and your market. - Develop and maintain a product roadmap and vision, contributing to overall product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
- Interact with internal and external customers to understand the market, identify opportunities and risks, and drive feature design and engineering priorities
- Write clear and unambiguous requirements for both internal and external customers, and lead contributions to user documentation, data sheets, and product bulletins
- Own short, medium, and long-term product strategy, planning new features and changes and demonstrating updates to stakeholders
- Meet regularly with cross-functional stakeholders including development, marketing, customer service, and finance, managing one or more product budgets
- Collect, analyse, and respond to user feedback, identifying new opportunities to increase user conversion, retention, and monetisation
- Research competitors and similar products, attending relevant industry events to stay ahead of market trends

- Degree in an engineering discipline or associated technologies (or equivalent strong educational background)
