We are seeking a dedicated and proactive production packer to join a fast-paced production environment based in St. Neots. This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

You’ll be part of a well-established manufacturing operation producing high-quality products for a respected and growing business. Main Responsibilities for the Production Packer:

  • Feed, pack, strip, inspect, and sort products on the production line
  • Carry out routine quality checks and promptly report any concerns
  • Support changeover activities and maintain high 5S housekeeping standards
  • Monitor for abnormal running conditions and act according to procedures
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
  • Affix product identification labels in a quality-controlled manner

Skills/Experience required for the Production Packer:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role preferred, but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Flexible approach to overtime when required

  • There are two different shift patterns available
  • Continental shift pattern a mixture of nights & days
