We’re looking for a confident, people-focused individual to join our team at Point as a Recruitment Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid background in sales or customer-facing work and is ready to take the next step into a more rewarding, relationship-driven position. You’ll be based in our busy Huntingdon office, working closely with both candidates and local businesses. This is a permanent, full-time position within a well-established independent agency that’s going through an exciting transformation period. You’ll be an important part of our team, learning our style, bringing your own personality to the role, and helping us continue to offer a high-quality, supportive service without needing years of recruitment experience behind you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with candidates and clients daily and building genuine, long-term relationships
  • Managing vacancies with support from the wider team
  • Writing engaging job adverts and reviewing applications
  • Interviewing and shortlisting candidates
  • Taking part in business development and proactive sales activity
  • Representing the Point Recruitment brand in a professional, personable way
  • Keeping systems updated and staying organised in a fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role
  • Strong communication skills and confident when speaking with people

Salary & Working Hours:

Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission. Full-time, Monday to Friday, office-based in Huntingdon.
