Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a reliable and enthusiastic Feeder Packer / Production Operative to join their production team.
As a Feeder Packer / Production Operative, you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the lines. The role will involve feeding materials into machines, checking for quality, and packing finished products ready for delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Feeder/Packer to develop within a growing manufacturing business.
Main Duties:
- Load and feed materials into machinery as a Feeder Packer / Production Operative
- Monitor production lines to ensure continuous operation
- Carry out quality checks to maintain high product standards
- Pack finished goods in accordance with customer requirements
- Keep your workstation clean and organised
- Report any issues or faults to supervisors promptly
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines
Skills / Experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential full training provided for all new Feeder Packers / Production Operative
- Good attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Hours & Pay:
- Monday to Thursday: 06 00
- Friday: 06 00
- £12.21 per hour with OT paid at an enhanced rate
