Are you an experienced Flexi Forklift Truck Driver looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing and distribution business based in Bar Hill, Cambridgeshire, and are looking for a skilled operator to join their busy warehouse team on a permanent basis.

Main Responsibilities for the Flexi Forklift Driver:
- Operating a Flexi forklift truck safely and efficiently within a busy warehouse environment
- Moving, locating, and managing stock in a high-bay racking system
- Loading and unloading vehicles as required
- Picking and replenishing stock to meet operational demand
- Maintaining accurate stock records and completing relevant paperwork
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures and site rules
- Conducting pre-use checks on all equipment before operation
- Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required
Skills/Experience for the Flexi Forklift Driver:
- Valid and in-date Flexi forklift truck licence (essential)
- Proven experience operating a Flexi truck in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience working with high-bay racking systems (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work
- Counterbalance or reach truck experience advantageous but not essential
