This is a critical front-office role, working directly with portfolio managers and traders to ensure the seamless operation, performance, and scalability of systematic strategies. The successful candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong trading domain knowledge, acting as a key bridge between trading, quant research, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end stability and performance of the trading platform across global markets
- Partner with portfolio managers, traders, and quants to deliver technology solutions aligned with strategy requirements
- Lead real-time monitoring and incident management for trading, execution, and market data systems
- Diagnose and resolve production issues with urgency in a live trading environment
- Drive improvements in latency, throughput, and system reliability
- Manage exchange connectivity, broker relationships, and execution workflows
