The Point of Rental Account Management team is a high-velocity team of sales professionals focused on delivering best in class customer experiences. We focus on delivering solutions to challenges with a level of professionalism unmatched in our industry (and beyond).
The Account Manager position is a revenue generation role designed to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by reducing churn and closing up-sell / add-on opportunities. This role is focused on managing and growing relationships within the software industry.
Expectations:
-Generate sales opportunities and respond to incoming sales inquiries within the current customer base
-Generate the highest probability of sale through effective demonstration of proven sales behaviors including, but not limited to…
– Completing effective discovery calls focused on learning the prospect’s challenges, causes of those challenges, and consequences of inaction
– Providing solution recommendations and tailored product demonstrations based on the above learnings
– Understanding the prospect’s goals, plans, timeline, budget, and authority
– Communicating accurate business value alignment between the prospect and the recommended POR solution
– Meet or exceed monthly quotas
Requirements:
– 2 years proven sales experience and/or experience in the hire industry
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Exceptional time-management skills
– Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a sense of urgency and persistence
– Hunger for continuous learning / improvement and a willingness to implement best practices
– Ability to follow a prescribed sales process and effectively utilize provided tools and resources
