Overview Queensway Group is a family-owned business invested in real estate developed into operating businesses in the hospitality sector. The brands we operate include KFC, Starbucks, Point A Hotels, Montagu Place, Sloane Place and the Sloane Club. Based at the Point A Shoreditch Hotel, which has 181 rooms.The Person: We are currently looking for a maintenance manager to join our fun and dynamic team. The applicant will need to have a proven record and experience in delivering well maintained and safe environments, being the first point of contact and accountable for reactive and planned maintenance tasks within the hotel. This role reports to the hotel manager and is supported by a cluster maintenance manager and an experienced support team from around the estate. The working pattern is rota-based, 40 hours per week. Hands-on experience in solving maintenance issues in a customer-focused environment is essential. Experience in managing a varied subcontractor base to deliver first-time cost-effective solutions is also a key attribute.
