Claremont Fan Court School, a thriving, co-educational independent day school set within 100 acres of historic Surrey parkland, is looking to appoint a Senior Digital Content Creator to lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content that captures the energy, warmth and excellence of Claremont across every channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the creation of high-quality multimedia content, including photography, videography, graphics and written copy.
- Producing engaging short‑form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Writing compelling captions, web copy, newsletters, case studies and campaign messaging.
- Planning and executing professional shoots across the school – managing freelance photographers, videographers, designers or agencies where required.
- Working closely with admissions and school leaders to align content with strategic priorities.
- Championing Claremont’s brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards.
- Supporting the promotion and delivery of key school events, including open mornings, assessment days, productions, sports fixtures and celebrations.
- Producing monthly marketing performance reports covering website traffic, social engagement, campaign reach, enquiries and conversion trends.
- Building strong working relationships with staff, pupils and parents to encourage content opportunities and positive engagement.
Skills and Experience
- Significant experience in content creation, digital marketing or brand communications.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Strong photography, videography and editing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with children, staff, parents and senior stakeholders.
- Understanding of social media platforms, trends and analytics.
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
- Experience working in the independent school or education sector (desirable).
- Professional, reliable, and highly organised.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Passionate about storytelling and brand excellence.
Contract and Hours
- Permanent, full‑time. Working 37.5 hours per week throughout the year. Some evening and weekend working will be required for events and key school activities.
