The General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) in London is seeking to appoint a Senior Independent Advisor to its People Committee. This role provides independent expertise, challenge and assurance on people, culture and organisational development matters.
As a small regulator with around 30 employees, GOsC values inclusive governance and strategic input. You will work with Council members to shape people strategy, leadership capability, wellbeing and change, with three quarterly meetings per year.
