Key Responsibilities Providing commercial management of all residential elements of the One Horton Heath project. Leading other members of the quantity surveying team. Managing efficient procurement of services. Managing contracts and budgets. Leading in negotiations relating to project delivery. Overseeing all procurement services. Producing and managing construction budgets. Tendering all external appointments for both consultants and contractors. Skills and Experience Demonstrable track record on similar projects. Experience in residential construction. Senior quantity surveying experience. Experience of managing consultants, contractors and suppliers, working with JCT and NEC suites of contracts and developing budgets. Able to demonstrate a good working knowledge and experience of procurement and cost management. Demonstrable experience of people management. Ability to communicate clearly. 28 to 31 days’ annual leave (dependent on Local Government continuous service). Hybrid working arrangements and ability to accrue up to 2 days’ additional leave per month (subject to operational requirements – pro rata for part-time staff).
