We're looking for a highly organised team member with excellent time management skills. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a right-first-time mindset and be a strong communicator at all levels. You'll own the critical path from order confirmation to delivery; keeping production on track, suppliers aligned, and customers confident. We need someone who can keep cool under pressure, use sharp problem-solving skills, and work independently as well as part of a team. What You'll Do:

  • Order & Production Management
    • Manage orders from handover meeting at order confirmation from Account manager, keeping the critical path and live order book up to date.
    • Monitor China and Cambodia offshore factory production directly with suppliers against agreed delivery schedules, flagging risks early.
    • Liaise with Bangladesh merchandising team and monitor the critical path on a weekly basis on VC.
    • Manage weekly CP meeting updates with each Account manager and UK Technical team.
    • Ensure factory orders are meeting all customer requirements.
    • Monitor goods despatch to point of handover on landed orders which will be passed to an outside processor to handle from FOB point.
    • Build strong relationships with customers' buying and merchandising teams, managing expectations proactively and professionally.
    • Communicate clearly with all internal teams and external partners to keep workflows running smoothly.
    • Challenge incorrect specifications confidently and discuss/provide solutions with the account manager to ensure minimal risk to customer deliveries.
  • Quality & Compliance
    • Audit all submissions thoroughly and maintain accurate, accessible customer records for lab dips/bulk swatches/pp samples/press samples and production samples.
    • Reconcile goods ready to ship against original PO’s and investigate and get customer approval of shortages/overs or early and late shipment discrepancies.
    • Identify opportunities to add value as a UK team as one point of contact to deliver best service for the customer.
    • Negotiate and mitigate delays.
  • Team & Culture
    • Actively contribute to a collaborative, high-trust team environment.
    • Share expertise across teams to support continuous improvement.
    • Represent Poeticgem group professionally at all times.
