Medical device marketing is all we do, and it has been for the last decade. We're a specialist MedTech consultancy with an in-house creative team that takes complex technologies and turns them into clear, beautifully designed work. Two things matter to us above all: the quality of what we create, and the service we give the companies we work with. We're growing our creative team, and we're looking for a Midweight Graphic Designer who's ready to move into a senior role within the next six to twelve months.

This is a great opportunity for a broad, confident designer who wants their next step. You'll work across the full range of our design and artworking, from branding and brochures to exhibition materials, sales tools and educational content, taking projects from brief through to polished, print-ready and digital-ready artwork.

You'll also play an important part in helping our junior designers develop. We love sharing the thinking behind our work, so we'd like someone who enjoys guiding others, giving thoughtful feedback and helping the whole team do its best. It's a natural way to build the experience that leads towards a senior role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and artworking brochures, branded assets, exhibition materials, sales tools and educational content for our medical device clients
  • Taking ownership of projects from brief to final delivery, keeping quality high throughout
  • Working within and developing client brand guidelines so every piece feels considered and consistent
  • Support the creative team and be that guiding light to help move the designs to the next level
  • Collaborating closely with our account, content and creative teams to bring ideas to life

What you'll bring:

  • Solid midweight experience with genuine breadth across design and artworking
  • Strong artworking skills and a careful eye for detail, particularly for print ready files
  • Good experience in brochure design and branding, comfortable both creating brands and working within them
  • The confidence to manage your own time across several projects at once
  • A real enthusiasm for helping less experienced designers develop
  • A keen interest in AI and how it can sharpen and speed up creative work, with the curiosity to keep finding better ways of working
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with great image retouching
  • A portfolio that shows range and craft

Lovely to have:

  • Experience in a regulated or technical sector such as MedTech, healthcare or life sciences
  • Skills in motion, animation or presentation design alongside print

Why Podymos:

  • Meaningful, varied work for companies improving how healthcare is delivered
  • A friendly, in-house team where everything sits under one roof and your work is genuinely valued
  • Real room to grow, with a clear path from midweight towards senior

Our benefits:

  • 25 days' holiday
  • Your birthday off when it falls on a weekday
  • Private health insurance available
  • Flexible working, with a minimum of two days a week in our Brentford office
