- Proven track record in field sales — drinks industry experience a strong plus
- Solid knowledge of the London on-trade scene: pubs, bars, restaurants, independents
- A natural relationship-builder with the confidence to approach cold accounts
- Commercially sharp — you understand margin, rate of sale, and how buyers think
- Organised and self-managing: you can structure your own week and deliver results without hand-holding
- Genuine enthusiasm for quality beer and authentic brands
The Package
- Competitive base salary (dependent on experience)
- Uncapped commission — earnings grow directly with the accounts you win
- Performance bonuses for hitting key milestones
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and statutory employment benefits
- The tools, samples, and support you need to sell effectively
Part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate — salary and targets pro-rated accordingly.
