We’re looking for a sharp, hands‑on Finance Manager to help build a scalable finance engine for a fast‑growing SaaS business. You’ll own the numbers, tighten the controls and bring commercial clarity to a company that’s moving quickly. A great opportunity to put your stamp on the role and add real value.
What You’ll Lead
- Monthly reporting: Fast, accurate management accounts with clear insight and SaaS‑relevant KPIs
- Cashflow: Short‑and medium‑term forecasting that supports growth decisions
- Payroll: Reliable, compliant, end‑to‑end payroll for a scaling team
- Reconciliations: Bank, balance sheet and supplier reconciliations done right, every time
- Budgeting & forecasting: Support annual planning and rolling reforecasts with real challenge and commercial thinking
- Finance ops: Keep systems tidy, records accurate, VAT compliant, and audits smooth
What You Bring
- Part‑qualified/qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or strong QBE
- Experience in management accounting, reporting and cashflow ownership
- Strong grasp of payroll, HMRC compliance and core finance operations
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, ARR, subscription billing or supporting a fractional finance leader
