We are looking for a
Media Director to join our EU Media & Client Services team.
In this role, you'll be the day-to-day strategic lead for one of our largest and most important global CPG clients.
You'll be responsible for building trusted client relationships while leading a high-performing team of Account Managers to ensure best-in-class campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and measurable business impact.
The scope for this role spans the EU6 and Japan, with exciting expansion plans into MENAT and Australia.
As this is a global account, you'll work closely with our US and LATAM team to share cross-market learnings, align on best practices, and deliver a consistent standard of excellence across retail media in all regions.
The role is currently focused on managing Amazon Ads, however expanding into strategic services including consulting, Tik Tok Shop and Creative.
You'll also collaborate with our global teams to drive reporting and insight generation, turning complex data into clear, strategic recommendations that help shape client decisions and unlock growth opportunities.
We utilise third party tools including Similar Web, Cobalt, Jungle Scout etc. whilst also leveraging our powerful proprietary tech Purvey to drive deeper and holistic reporting.

What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with our key client contacts, internal Amazon stakeholders and internal cross border teams.
- Communicating client needs and converting into a high performing strategy across a team of 8 + Account Managers – ensuring the wider execution and reporting is successful.
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for our client, leading regular meetings and supporting strategy execution using both internal and external tools.
- Understand and communicate the Podean tech stack, along with third party tools including Similar Web and Jungle Scout.
- Collaborate with global teams to support cross-market delivery and reporting.
- Develop and manage workflows, scorecards and operating rhythms in internal systems to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and contribute to QBRs and strategic reports in collaboration with key members of the team.
- Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable narratives that support client growth and storytelling.
What We're Looking For
- 5 - 10 + years of client servicing experience across a large and complex account (preferably CPG).
- 3 + years of strategic Amazon Ads experience.
- Interest in developing a career in Retail Media, Digital Advertising and E-Commerce
- Proven success in scaling teams, driving revenue growth, and leading strategic media transformations
- Expertise across the digital media landscape: search, programmatic, retail media, social, analytics
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management, forecasting, and commercial negotiation
- Confident communicator with pitch experience and the ability to own a room
- Experience building pitchware, case studies, or thought leadership content that elevates brand presence
- Track record of managing globally distributed teams preferred
