We are looking for a self‑motivated go‑getter (and a quick learner!) to join our fast‑growing content and creative team at Podean. Partners with clients to unlock their brand’s full creative potential on Amazon and other marketplaces through copywriting and design initiatives. You will manage multiple projects and priorities at once, communicate effectively, and exhibit a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics.

What You’ll Do
- Execute content and creative strategies across a growing portfolio of clients with minimal oversight.
- Serve as a confident client‑facing partner, participating independently in client communications, meetings, and presentations while managing expectations with professionalism.
- Work closely with account managers to deeply understand clients’ business goals and develop content strategies that directly support them.
- Create compelling, conversion‑focused copy for product listings—including keyword research, titles, bullet points, and A+ content—while ensuring brand alignment across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with designers by developing detailed creative briefs and coordinating asset development to ensure successful creative execution.
- Analyse content and creative performance data to surface insights and drive continuous optimisation across client accounts.
- Manage project timelines, prioritise workloads, and make continuous recommendations that align with broader goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of how retail, media, and content work together to drive success on Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support.
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and support internal process improvements that strengthen team efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field, with hands‑on experience in Amazon or marketplace content.
- Demonstrated ability to manage content projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organisational skills.

- Strong SEO and keyword optimisation experience, with the ability to apply best practices across titles, bullet points, and product detail pages.

- Experience briefing and coordinating designers and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality creative.
