You’ll work with people just starting out to hosting iconic names and brands you’ll recognise from your telly and Insta feeds. The studio is based in a creative serviced office space located a short 2-minute walk from London Bridge station. This role is ideal for freelancer editor/producer just starting out or students looking to gain more experience in the podcast industry.

Location: Onsite, London Bridge

Type: Freelance contract

Hours: Flexible minimal 35hrs a week – including a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.

When: Starting early May 2026

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Studio Host: You’ll welcome customers into the studio and set up the cameras and mics based on the clients' requirements. This includes positioning and focusing the cameras, sound checks and then monitoring the session.
  • Producing/Editing: You’ll work directly with clients to manage editing projects. You’ll use DaVinci Resolve to clean the audio, edit video camera switches, colour grade, cut pre/post amble, cut mistakes, add graphics, logos, music, and make social media clips.

Recording tech you’ll be using: 4K Blackmagic/Sony FX3 cameras, Shure SM7Bs Mics, and recording tech such as ATEM Mini Pro and Rodecaster Pro 2.

What We’re Looking For

  • Intelligence: A fast learner who can think critically, connect the dots, and spot opportunities.
  • Character: Personable, easy to work with, and a true people person!
  • Coachability: Open to feedback and always eager to improve.
  • Problem-Solver: You don't just see problems; you proactively come up with solutions.
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative and move fast without waiting to be told.
  • Resilience: You stay focused and follow through, even when things get tough.

You must be organised, adaptable, and genuinely interested in podcasts, content creation, and start-ups.

Skill Requirements

  • Solid experience creating and editing podcasts or similar video content.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different clients.
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts from our London Bridge studio.
  • Be FUN!

You’ll be working directly with the founder Adam, so you won’t be a cog in a machine. You’ll be helping us build this.

Master the Gear: Full training on camera workflows and DaVinci Resolve. You’ll be a pro on industry-standard kit in weeks.

Run the Show: We’ll quickly move you toward running the studio and managing clients independently.

Network: You’ll be in the room with creators and brands, building a massive contact list while you work.

Business Impact: Since we’re a startup, your ideas on how to improve the studio actually get heard and implemented.

Future-Proof: You’re gaining the exact skills (long-form video and high-end audio) that every modern brand is currently hiring for.
