Podcast Producer / Social Media Manager / Founders Associate in London

Hours: Flexible, part-time (0hr contract) - starting with 1-2 days a week on-site and some remote work, including a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Pay : Negotiable depending on experience and potential

The Role

We\'re on the hunt for a brilliant individual to join London\'s newest podcast studio at London Bridge. This is a unique, hybrid role where you\'ll get hands-on experience running a start-up, producing engaging podcasts, and helping to grow a dynamic social media brand.

You\'ll divide your time between supporting the Podcast Room London Bridge studio and contributing to the growth of my personal brand and the \'Trying to Adult\' podcast.

This role is ideal for freelancers, or students looking to dive into the creative industry and gain invaluable experience.

What You\'ll Be DoingFor the Studio:

• Studio Host & Podcast Producer: You\'ll be the friendly face welcoming customers to our London Bridge studio, helping them set up for their recordings, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You\'ll also support with podcast editing using Davinci Resolve and other tools.
• Founder\'s Associate: Get a real feel for start-up life by supporting me with the day-to-day operations of the studio.

For the Brand:

• Social Media Manager & Content Creator: You\'ll be hands-on, creating content for the \'Trying to Adult\' YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok accounts. This includes contributing to our content strategy, filming, repurposing content across platforms, copywriting, and distributing posts.
• Podcast Production: Edit, publish, and distribute \'Trying to Adult\' podcast episodes across all major platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube).
• Growth & Analysis: Track content performance, analyse growth, and suggest new ideas to help expand our audience.

• Proven experience creating and editing content and/or podcasts.
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills, both written and on camera.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts from our London Bridge studio and remotely.
• A fun and personable attitude.

This part-time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience. As the studio grows, you\'ll have the chance to step into a full-time Studio / Brand Manager position and support the business in launching and growing a new podcast production agency.

• Experience with video editing in Davinci Resolve, Capcut, or similar software.
• Experience as a social media manager.
