We're looking for someone to join the team at London's newest podcast studio. This is a unique role where you'll get hands-on experience recording and producing a variety of podcasts for businesses, brands and creators. You'll work with people just starting out to hosting iconic names and brands you'll recognise from your telly and Insta feeds. The studio is based in a creative serviced office space located a short 2-minute walk from London Bridge station.
This role is ideal for freelancer editor/producer just starting out or students looking to gain more experience in the podcast industry.
Location: Onsite, London Bridge
Type: Freelance contract
Hours: Flexible minimal 35hrs a week – including a mix of weekdays, evenings and weekends.

What You'll Be Doing
- Studio Host: You'll welcome customers into the studio and set up the cameras and mics based on the clients' requirements. This includes positioning and focusing the cameras, sound checks and then monitoring the session.
- Producing/Editing: You'll work directly with clients to manage editing projects. You'll use DaVinci Resolve to clean the audio, edit video camera switches, colour grade, cut pre/post amble, cut mistakes, add graphics, logos, music, and make social media clips.
Recording tech you'll be using: 4K Blackmagic/Sony FX3 cameras, Shure SM7Bs Mics, and recording tech such as ATEM Mini Pro and Rodecaster Pro 2.

Network: You'll be in the room with creators and brands, building a massive contact list while you work.
