Podcast Producer & Studio Manager/ Engineer| Full Time

Podcast House is a leading podcast recording studio and multi-award winning production house based in Kennington, and more recently, Farringdon, London. We offer high end video and audio quality.

From on-the-day recordings to weekly productions, our clients include some of the UK\’s most prominent podcasters and media personalities, and we pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality productions.

We’re seeking a talented Studio Manager/ Videographer/ Editor to join our team. You\’ll need experience with video production, audio and ideally lighting (but not essential), and you will need to be able to edit video and produce live podcasts. Your time will be split between Kennington and Farringdon, depending on the records that are booked in.

Ultimately, this will be a hybrid role in an exciting podcast studio and production company, so you\’ll get to do a vast variety of roles, from studio managing, to editing to producing award winning podcasts! We\’re a small team that\’s growing quickly, so you get to learn and grow with us!

Role Overview

• Studio Engineer for recordings, operating cameras, audio equipment
• Edit footage into engaging promotional clips, long-form content, and social media assets.
• Collaborate with producers, hosts, and clients to bring their vision to life.
• Producing live podcasts
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and deliver polished results on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots.
• Use editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci, Final Cut X (Whatever you prefer) to craft visually engaging content.
• Edits usually consisting of long form podcast cut downs and social cut downs (subs, grading, zooms)
• Manage file storage, organisation, and delivery to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in videography and editing (portfolio required).
• Strong technical skills with editing software and video equipment.
• Dynamic working, a mixture of working from two locations, Farringdon and Kennington.

Salary depends on experience and how many days we agree per week. Ranging from £35,000 – £40,000.
