Podcast House is a leading podcast recording studio and multi-award winning production house based in Kennington, and more recently, Farringdon, London. We offer high end video and audio quality.

From on-the-day recordings to weekly productions, our clients include some of the UK\’s most prominent podcasters and media personalities, and we pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality productions.

We’re on the lookout for a full-time Office and Communications Manager to join our team. We\’re a small team of under 10. We\’re looking for someone who can become the organisational backbone of our business, making sure everyone’s time is used effectively and our operations run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Time Optimisation: You’ll coordinate and organise daily schedules to ensure everyone’s time is being used in the best possible way for the business.
  • Invoicing & Financial Admin: You\’ll handle daily invoicing, including sending invoices out and chasing any overdue payments.
  • Implementing Systems: You’ll set up internal structures and systems so that both of our studios are streamlined, efficient, and well-organised. As well as making sure these structures are being stuck too across the months.
  • Project & Calendar Oversight: You’ll keep track of all ongoing edits and projects, ensuring every task is assigned, scheduled, invoiced and completed on time, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Team Coordination & Communication: You’ll be clear and firm in communicating roles and responsibilities to the team, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
  • Assisting the Founder: You’ll help manage the founder’s diary, schedule meetings, and provide general assistance to help grow the business.
  • Replying to customer emails (potentially): We get lots of requests daily, asking about technicals & general questions about the studio, you\’d need to be on hand every day to reply to these questions either over email or the phone.

Requirements:

  • Years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks with pin point accuracy.
  • Confidence in handling financial admin and implementing systems.
  • Must be UK based, fluent in English and close to London. You will predominantly be working from home.
