Department: Project Management
Location: London
Contract: 6‑month fixed‑term contract covering maternity leave.
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the transformation roadmap – outline programme phases, align delivery to strategic objectives and commercial priorities.
- Stakeholder Leadership – drive alignment of internal teams, external partners and vendors; act as bridge between business and technology and partner with executive stakeholders.
- Business Transformation – simplify and standardise customer journeys with automation and scalable workflows; ensure target operating models match CRM designs.
- Project Governance and Controls – establish and maintain governance frameworks, project plans, timelines, RAID logs, change control procedures, steering forums and consistent reporting.
- Budget and Resource Management – monitor project budgets, control costs, and allocate resources to meet delivery targets.
- Risk and Issue Management – proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
- System Configuration and Integration – oversee configuration, data migration, integrations and testing for seamless delivery.
- User Adoption and Training – drive onboarding, training and documentation for smooth adoption and long‑term success.
- Post‑Implementation Optimisation – lead continuous improvement initiatives after launch to fully leverage HubSpot and deliver ongoing business value.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of programme management experience, ideally in HubSpot, SaaS or digital transformation projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot implementation (CRM, Marketing, Sales & Service Hubs).
- Strong understanding of programme governance and PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Proven ability to integrate multiple workstreams and projects into an overarching programme of delivery.
- Exceptional reporting and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Project/Programme Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
